I wanted to drop you a line to say how grateful I am that Tim and the team managed to turn around my forks so quickly. Hi Dave, just a quick note to say thanks for the work (service and PUSH) on my fork and shock. After a couple of rides using your settings as a guide it seemed I'd dialed in both ends pretty well, front and back a bit sorter than I normally run and a light platform on seemed to work best. I needed to give the set up a proper test and first race out was a six hour job that I wanted to use to really dial in the settings but it felt so comfortable as it was that i pressed on a bit and ended up getting lucky and winning the event by a couple of seconds in the a sprint. Then off to Portugal to race a 1000km stage race. I rode pretty badly in the heat out there but total reliability from the fork and shock so thumbs up again. Another win here and the series title at Thetford seems to mean that the Rocky's suspension is now officially sorted. The bike has never felt so nice to ride or so fast. So thanks again.

I had my Reba 29ers services a couple of months ago prior to racing the Tour Divide 2009. Despite zero attention they performed well throughout the 2750 mile course, covered in 21 days, 10 hours, 34 minutes for 7th place. The route starts in Banff, Canada, and travels down the spine of the Rocky Mountains ending on the US/Mexican border, demanding over 65,000 metres of climbing and descending over every kind of terrain you can imaging. For these forks it was their second Divide Race.
For such a race that takes many many months of training, preparation and investment it is always a daunting prospect that you are putting so much faith in the guy that services your fork - a fork failure can cost you the race, and this is the only part of the bike that I do not build, service and maintain myself.

Firstly I would like to say how impressed I am with the efficiency of the service - Even my work colleagues commented on how they only saw them get posted off on Monday! Thanks for the work on the Pikes you PUSHed - they are outstanding and have completely transformed the bike. As promised, I plugged you in my 'Your Neck of the Woods' column (South East) and here's what I wrote (it forms the intro' to this month's piece). The cool thing is that it none of it's lies...the forks are incredible!
Our government teeters nervously on the brink of collapse because voters perceive they’ve failed to deliver during these uncertain times. There might be a lesson for the bike industry in this, especially when it comes to delivering on overly bold marketing claims. Paul from suspension wizards TF Tuned (tftunedshox.com) can rest easy though: he took the lid off my Pikes, poured in loads of PUSH parts and then stirred them up properly. The result was a new found ability to push the little Curtis with more confidence than Rossi on that last lap at Cataluña but whereas Rossi stayed on, I didn’t. Initially they made me into berm railing hooligan but ultimately patient number 2241605M at St Thomas’ hand trauma clinic after a drift too fast and too far into a tree. It’s my fault, not Paul’s, that my left hand now looks like the back of a telly; all wires and pins. Here’s what I’ll be missing in the S.E. during re-hab’.

Dear TF Tuned. Just writing to say thanks for the work that you did on the suspension set up for my Morewood Shova LT 2006. The job involved putting in some softer steel springs in my 2007 Marzocchi 888 WCs and a shim stack in my 2002 5th element coil shock. The bike felt absolutely amazing on a decent of Mount Cader Idris in Wales and was a total beast at the Moelfre and Cwmcarn uplift days and also at Foel last week. Thanks guys - loving your work!
