We at TF Tuned Shox want to tell you how we use the personal information you give us, and how we protect it.
Our website
No information is collected about you until you order something, register or subscribe to our e-newsletter. To process your order we need your name, billing address, phone number, email address, delivery address and credit card or PayPal information. If you book a service job online, we also request details about you, your suspension and your bike in order to do the job to the high standard you expect of us, and to set your suspension up for you. If we have questions about your order or booking, we may contact you by phone or email.
If you email us with nice comments about our service, we may ask your permission to add those comments with your name to the Testimonials page of our website.
Cookies are small bits of text used by a browser to store information on your computer’s hard drive. Each cookie can only be read by the web server that issued it. Cookies can’t profile your system or collect information from your hard drive. Most online retailers use cookies. We use cookies if you have already registered so that you don’t have to put the same information in again. We don’t store credit card numbers.
In the workshop
No information is collected about you until you order something or book a service job. If you book a service job, we will ask you to send details about you, your suspension and your bike in order to do the job to the high standard you expect of us, and to set your suspension up for you. If, when carrying out your service job, we have questions about your suspension, we will usually contact you by phone in order to avoid delays.
Sharing information
We do not pass your personal data to anyone else, except to suppliers that are a necessary part of the order/service process (e.g. payment processors, couriers, e-mail newsletter provider), to any successors in title to our business, or if required to do so by law.
Other websites
Our website contains links to other websites which are outside our control and are not covered by this Privacy Policy. If you access other sites using the links provided, the operators of these sites may collect information from you, which will be used by them in accordance with their privacy policy which may differ from ours.
